f First mention of responsability: Subfield repeated for each possible role (main contributor, author, translator and scientific editor). Inside of each subfield, contributors are concatenated and separated by commas
g Head of publication (optional subfield, repeated for each contributor)
z Language of subfield 200$d parallel title, if present (optional subfield)
210   a Place of publication or [S.I.] if data not available
c Publishing institution or publisher’s name
